Marrow is a casual fine-dining restaurant on Omaha’s southwest edge in Gretna, created by chef-restaurateur Jared Clarke and the team behind neighborhood favorites Railcar, Timber, and Pasta Amore. Centered around a custom vertical rotisserie and live fire cooking, Marrow serves slow-roasted meats, expressive steaks, and seasonal sides that highlight smoke, char, and deep, satisfying flavor.
The menu leans into comfort-meets-class, with dishes like rotisserie lamb and prime rib, elevated burgers, and shareable plates built on high-quality ingredients and careful technique.
